Sandblasting

We quote sandblasting per job based on surface condition, coating thickness and access. Typical turnaround for mining components is 2–5 days, with priority capacity for shutdown-critical work across Perth, including Canning Vale, Welshpool, Kwinana and the CBD.

High-pressure abrasive blasting to strip rust, scale and old coatings from mining equipment, ready for protective repainting.

Fabrication

Fabrication projects are priced from detailed drawings or site measurements. We work to mine-spec, provide material traceability where required, and schedule work to align with your shutdown windows or equipment change-outs to minimise production impact.

Custom steel fabrication, repairs and modifications for trays, buckets, handrails and structures, completed to mine-spec and OEM requirements.

Coatings

Protective coating costs depend on system type, film build and surface prep requirements. We offer epoxy, polyurethane and zinc systems, all applied under documented QA, DFT checks and safety protocols compliant with major WA mine site standards.

Repairs

Repair pricing is based on inspection, welding scope and any replacement components needed. We provide before-and-after photos, NDT where specified, and certify repairs to meet site safety, structural and compliance requirements for your mining fleet.

On-site and in-house structural repairs, crack remediation and component replacement to restore safety, compliance and productive uptime for mobile fleets.
